T1 International Terminal Pickup Points
T1 International handles all overseas flights, including services by Qantas, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and over 40 other international carriers. It sits at the northern end of the airport precinct and is physically separated from the domestic terminals.
Where your driver will be:
After you clear customs and collect your bags, walk toward the arrivals exit. Your chauffeur will be standing in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name. Depending on which gate you arrive at, this is either Meeting Point A or Meeting Point B. Both are clearly signed from the baggage carousel area.
T2 Domestic Terminal Pickup
T2 is located in the central domestic precinct and handles Virgin Australia, Jetstar, and Regional Express services. After collecting your bags, head toward the arrivals exit.

Your chauffeur waits kerbside directly outside the terminal near Baggage Carousel 5. You will receive an SMS as your flight lands confirming the driver’s exact position. For passengers with significant luggage, your chauffeur can meet you at the carousel if arranged in advance.
T3 Domestic Terminal Pickup (Qantas)
T3 serves Qantas and QantasLink domestic flights and sits adjacent to T2. It handles the majority of Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane corporate shuttle flights.
Where your driver will be:
After disembarking, take the escalators or lifts down to the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be standing at the bottom of the escalators near the Qantas Group check-in end of the terminal. Do not exit the terminal before locating your driver. Your SMS notification will confirm their position as your flight touches down.
