Wedding Chauffeur Booking Form

Your booking is accepted subject to the terms and conditions stated below. By confirming your booking, you accept that these terms & conditions will apply.

Amendments
Any amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. Chauffeured Solutions reserves the right to charge an amendment fee in respect of any change to your booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.

Weddings and Formals
Weddings: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Formals: The full balance is required to be paid at the time of booking.
In addition to any cancellation fee charged by Chauffeured Solutions, you will also be responsible for payment of any charges levied by suppliers in respect of the cancelled booking. In all cases, the total fee charged will not exceed the value of the booking.

Credit Card Charges
In the event of payment via credit card, Chauffeured Solutions will charge an additional fee of up to 3% of the value of the booking according to the type of credit card used. Credit card charges may apply.

Extensions & Waiting Time
You are responsible for any charges levied by suppliers in respect of extra time if your booking does not run to schedule. This includes any extra charges due to extended duration, flight or traffic delays. Waiting time and extra time are charged in 15-minute blocks.

Liability
Chauffeured Solutions has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act, or omission of any supplier or third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.

Other Conditions of Booking
Food & Beverage Consumption: Not permitted in any vehicle without prior approval. A bond may be required. Any damage caused remains your responsibility under these terms.
Damage to Vehicle: You are liable for damage caused to the vehicle resulting directly from your booking, excluding damages caused by supplier staff. Drivers may stop the vehicle and remove passengers for unacceptable or unruly behavior.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all vehicles by law.

Quotation
Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All prices include GST. Chauffeured Solutions reserves the right to pass on, without notice, any increases in applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees, or parking charges.
