White Bay Cruise Terminal is located at James Craig Road, Rozelle, NSW 2039. It sits on the western edge of Sydney Harbour, approximately 6 kilometres from the Sydney CBD and around 15 kilometres from Sydney Airport.
Here is the important part that most travellers do not find out until it is too late: there is no direct train or light rail connection to White Bay.
Getting there by public transport requires a combination of a train to the city, a bus, and a walk through an area that is not pedestrian-friendly with luggage. Parking at the terminal is limited and fills fast on high-season embarkation days, particularly during the October to April cruise season.
For White Bay, a private transfer is not just more comfortable. It is genuinely the most practical option available.

Approximately 15 to 25 minutes from the CBD in normal traffic. Allow additional time on embarkation days when the terminal precinct becomes congested with arrivals. Your chauffeur will factor in live traffic conditions.
